OUR STORY
Meet the owners and the bakers!
We are a young married couple (Timothy Joseph and Kirstin Joseph) that absolutely loves baking. We discovered when we started dating that baking was both of our favourite hobby growing up - this of course carried over into our relationship (fun baking dates for each other)

We would lightheartedly compete with one another on who can make the best baked treat. We would bake various baked treats from cakes, tarts, cinnamon rolls, meringues, and cookies of course.
​
Gourmet cookies were hands down the best baked treat we baked for each other. We would adjust our cookie recipes and try elevate them even more. The end result would make us melt with pleasure every single time!

Our relatives absolutely loved the cookies we would bake them for gifts and gatherings - this is when we decided to apply for our local farmers market to sell our cookies in Feb 2024!
​
We did not realize how much work went into baking in large batches, so we quickly learnt through countless of burnt cookies, raw cookies, and sleepless nights, that we had to make things a lot more efficient, and keep pushing through.
Despite the challenges, the feedback was amazing - after 9 months of operating at the farmers market we took the big leap of opening up a shopfront in a shopping centre, where we could sell our freshly baked cookies 6 days a week along with our online orders!

We now get early every morning to stock our shopfront for all of our cookie lovers!
​
Our shop is now a destination for tourists, holiday-makers, and of course, our locals, for their go-to gourmet cookie shop!

We want to thank Jesus for guiding us every step of the way along this incredible journey, and we want to thank and every one of you that has supported us every step of the way!
